Presentation:
I will advise you on the best way to prepare your home for sale, and for individual showings. This may include staging advice or referral, pre-sale home inspections etc.
Pricing:
I will complete a Competitive Market Analysis, advise you on pricing your property, and a strategy to realize its highest and best value.
Listing Documents:
I will prepare complete and accurate listing and marketing materials, in order to promote your home to both agents and prospective buyers, and to be able to immediately answer questions pertinent to the property.
Marketing Activities:
I will execute a comprehensive and creative marketing plan tailored to your property and your personal goals, always with your consent, of course.
Marketing Activities can include, but are not limited to the following:
Negotiation & Legal:
I will advise you on a negotiation strategy and legal details with any and all offers to purchase received, to ensure the best possible pricing and terms. All offers will be presented to you immediately upon receipt, and I will co-operate fully with any selling brokers involved. Referrals for legal advice may be made, if needed. Of course, all legal documents will be distributed to the right places, and any conditional terms will be closely monitored to ensure a smooth sale, from start to finish.
After Sale Service:
I will follow up to ensure the terms of any Agreement are met in a timely fashion, and will keep you informed at every step. I will remain available to you beyond closing, to ensure any remaining details or service needs are met.

- Complete and accurate listing documentation is immediately submitted to the London–St. Thomas Association of Realtors (LSTAR)
- Immediate promotion to my personal database of over 700 potential customers, my office and all other local realtors
- High resolution photographs to be used for internet promotion
- A highly visible Peak Professionals Realty Inc. For Sale sign will be installed.
- A secure keybox will be installed, to allow ease of showings.
- A professional, full colour Feature Sheet
- Complete local, national and international internet promotion
- Open Houses for Agents and the Public, fully promoted on the internet, with neighbourhood invitations, and sign rider, and/or print advertising.
- Special promotions, such as a neighbourhood wine & cheese.
- Any other marketing activity that arises will be considered! I like to stay flexible and creative!
