I was licensed as a sales representative in March, 1990, and obtained my Broker’s license in 1996. I have managed a small family real estate company (Fulmer Realty Inc.) and have worked for several large Brokerages. Over the years, I’ve been involved in well over 900 residential, condominium and investment transactions in the City of London, and surrounding communities. More if you count my early years as an office assistant in my Dad’s real estate company. You could say I “grew up” in this business!
Education & Background.
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and worked in Social Services for several years, prior to selling real estate. This has been a very useful background – after all, real estate is, to a great extent, a “people” business.
Our industry demands that we constantly stay ahead of the changing marketplace, and that we complete regular update courses in order to renew our licenses. I welcome this, and continually strive to go above and beyond the requirements. I’ve taken courses in property law & appraisal, commercial real estate, environmental & current issues such as mould, grow operations etc, marketing & promotions, architectural styles, computer proficiency etc. I strive to keep learning.
